A Harrisburg family is demanding justice after bodycam footage shows a dispute between them and police officers.
A family got into a dispute with Harrisburg Police after calling them for help, and one of them was arrested, all seen in bodycam footage given exclusively to CBS 21 .
"It wasn’t anything like he moved in. It wasn’t like an everyday routine. It was on and off,” said a family member.“That’s my outcome of reading the situation. He wanted to do bodily harm,” said Simone Brooks. "He lives here. In the state of Pennsylvania. You can't just put him out without an eviction notice. So, he’s not trespassing. He lives here. He didn’t break the door," an officer on the scene is heard saying.“I expected him to protect and serve like he’s trained to do and provide equal protection under the law," said Simone.“He started assaulting me and my grandkids were in the mix of it. He was hitting them, and my daughter was trying to get him off of me," said Simone.
