Eight men from a Bolton-based grooming gang have been convicted of multiple sexual offences against a teenage girl over a period of two years. The victim, described as 'young and impressionable', was abused between the ages of 13 and 15, mainly at a property known as the 'party house' in Blackrod, Wigan. The men were found guilty of a range of offences, including rape, attempted rape, and sexual activity with a child. The prosecution told the court that the girl was plied with alcohol, cannabis, and cocaine to 'lessen any objections', and that the men did not care whether she consented or not.
