The L20 Restaurant has been recognised as a 2023 Travellers’ Choice award winner on TripAdvisor
The L20 Restaurant has been placed among the top 10% restaurants worldwide, by TripAdvisor, as it has been recognised as a 2023 Travellers’ Choice award winner. The restaurant, which has been dubbed one of Merseyside's "best kept secrets" was created by Hugh Baird College in 2013.
The school is geared up just like a professional restaurant with a head chef, sous chefs, a restaurant manager and two restaurant supervisors but it also has teaching staff who work alongside the students. Most recently the venue was awarded the coveted accolade which recognises restaurants that have consistently received excellent reviews on TripAdvisor over the last 12 months.
" There is no greater reward than recognition, and I’m very proud of our entire team of students and staff, who have worked very hard to achieve great standards and service. The L20 Hotel School and L20 Restaurant demand the highest industry standards on a daily basis. Receiving these awards proves that the working environment we have created for our students ensures they are fully prepared and equipped to move seamlessly on to a career in our region’s top restaurants.
