THE SUPREME COURT will today begin considering whether Boris Johnson broke the law by suspending Parliament in the run up to Brexit.

Today’s hearing at Britain’s highest court follows a series of court cases around the UK brought by MPs and activists furious at’s decision to prorogue Parliament ahead of the October 31 Brexit deadline. Judges disagreed on the legality of the prorogation, with the English and Scottish courts delivering contradicting verdicts. The Supreme Court now has to decide which set of judges was right.
