The Prime Minister said he was “cautiously optimistic” ahead of the working lunch in Luxembourg, where he will continue his bid to unlock talks with Brussels on the withdrawal agreement. He will also meet Michel Barnier, the European Union’s chief negotiator, along with Xavier Battel, Luxembourg’s Prime Minister.
