Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage threatens to 'take knife' to 'pen pushers' in Whitehall during an address to supporters in Newport.
The resignation is reportedly planned to take place on October 18, just 14 days before the UK is set to depart the EU. Earlier this month Parliament passed a law requiring Mr Johnson to request another extension unless it explicitly approves either a deal or a no deal exit.However the Prime Minister has continued to insist he intends to take Britain out of the EU on October 31.
