To save Sarada from Hidari, Boruto is facing the twisted shell of his master, blocking his attack with his sword and using Wind Style: Breakthrough to push him back. This Jutsu was originally used by Orochimaru, again hinting that Boruto and the Legendary Sannin are working together. Boruto never used this technique, so there is a possibility that he learned it from Orochimaru.
2 Orochimaru Could Be a Huge Asset To Boruto The Series Had Dropped Many Hint on the Return of the Legendary Snake Shinobi Close Wind Style: Breakthrough was first used by Orochimaru in chapter #8 of Naruto, and Mitsuki later inherited it. While it does look like the Gale Palm Boruto often uses, the hand sign is different, and Breakthrough is a powerful offensive jutsu, while Gale Palm merely pushes one back.
