BRITS are braced for a wet and wild Boxing Day, with heavy downpours, winds and flooding predicted.
The miserable conditions will be a stark contrast to the mild and sunny weather enjoyed across most of the UK on Christmas Day.14The Environment Agency has issued 35 flood warnings and 93 alerts for today, with Dorset expected to take the brunt of the deluge. Rain will be heavy in places, especially in southern, western and central areas, according to the Met Office.
