Chaos on the tracks between Glasgow and Edinburgh today as Scotrail cancelled many trains.
There has been travel chaos for Boxing Day travellers on one of Scotrail 's busiest rail lines today as services were axed.
The rail operator says this has been down to a safety inspection on the tracks at Croy. The services impacted include those running between Glasgow Queen Street and Edinburgh, as well as those traveling north from Glasgow via Stirling and those looking to travel to Alloa from Glasgow.
