Boy, 13, arrested in relation to sex assault on girl, 12
Cheshire Constabulary say the incident occurred at around 8.45pm last night in the Ashton Drive area of Frodsham, Cheshire.
A 13-year-old boy from Northwich has been arrested in connection with the incident and is currently in custody being questioned. "I would like to reassure residents that such incidents are extremely rare and we are doing all that we can to establish exactly what has taken place. A range of enquiries are ongoing.
