The singer said he would be spending Christmas in hospital as he undergoes surgery.The 36-year-old said he is awaiting more tests to determine the extent of the issues, but said he is expecting it to be a "difficult few weeks/months".He said he counted himself "very lucky" that the issue was caught when it was.
