Two boy band legends, AJ McLean and Liam Payne declare they are officially good 'friends' as they make social media posts ahead of a new Netflix series. The Backstreet Boys star AJ McLean posed for a photo with One Direction 's Liam Payne along with the caption: “Made a new friend.”
AJ announced the news that he would be joining the Netflix series on his social media last week. He wrote: “Big news! I’m teaming up with the amazing @nicolescherzinger @liampayne and @kellyrowland for a brand-new music competition series on @netflix, Building the Band! We’re on the hunt for the next big pop group, and trust me, this is gonna be epic!”.
Another commented: “Yes I can’t wait to see you and Liam together. This is so exciting can’t wait for it to arrive on Netflix”.Serving as the judging panel in the new series will be Liam, as well as Pussycat Dolls star Nicole Scherzinger and Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland - while AJ will act as the host.
