Boys left 'extremely shaken' after being robbed by men armed with weapon near Lancaster train station
Two boys have been left 'extremely shaken' after they were threatened and robbed by men wearing balaclavas and reportedly carrying a weapon.
Then then threatened the victims before stealing around £45 in cash and a pair of earphones. Officers said the robbers then escaped down the cycle path near to West Road.Detectives have launched an appeal for witnesses and information following the 'nasty robbery' "At around 7pm on Saturday 1st October, two boys aged 13 and 16, were walking past the area behind Lancaster Train Station, heading in the direction of West Road, when they were approached by three males, wearing balaclavas and reportedly carrying a weapon. The males approached from the path which goes from Marsh Lane to West Road.
