Hearing opens into the death of 10-year-old Eliza Bashir in Bradford.
A 10-year-old girl died after a fire started at the foot of her bed in her home in Bradford, an inquest heard.
The court heard that a fire had started "at the foot of Eliza's bed" at the property in Kingsdale Drive, and that "she unfortunately could not be rescued". Assistant Coroner Caroline Chandler adjourned the inquest into Eliza's death, which is set to conclude on 19 November.
