Greater Manchester Police has been the victim of a huge hack in which thousands of warrant card details have been stolen, theIt is understood the hack was aimed at a company the force contracted to produce its warrant cards. Police officers and staff were informed about the hack yesterday.
It is understood it concerns thousands of warrant cards which contain the names and pictures of police officers.
