Picture: NCA NewsWire/Martin Ollman "Let's be clear here, they bungled the visas for these detainees, these 149 detainees that went out, ten of them breached their visa conditions, and so they weren't able to re-detain them.

Out of the 149 member cohort, seven held murder convictions, 37 had been charged for sex offences and 72 convicted of violent crimes including assault, kidnapping and armed robbery.
