The Celtic boss provided an update after Kyogo picked up a really sore on in the 6-0 thrashing of Aberdeen in Glasgow
Brendan Rodgers has confirmed Kyogo Furuhashi will stay in Glasgow over the international break after suffering a nasty head knock.
Rodgers has confirmed that Kyogo will remain at Lennoxtown and begin his recovery from the clash. Speaking to Sky Sports after the match, the Celtic manager said: "It wasn't great for him, it's a nasty blow for him so he'll obviously not travel to Japan, he'll need to stay here and recover. The medical team will just make sure he's okay."
