Leader of the House of the Commons, Jacob Rees-Mogg discusses Brexit with Robert Peston. He says 'the law, passed by the house of Commons is that we leave on 31st October with or without a deal'.
Robert Peston said the chances of no deal being blocked were 'slim to none'has said he would be prepared to leave the EU without a deal if no further negotiation on a withdrawal agreement are successful. Writing for ITV, Mr Peston said officials in Brussels and in other European capitals held the belief that MPs would not be able to stop Mr Johnson if he pushed forward with no deal.
