Boris Johnson holds breath as Brexit prorogation row hits Supreme Court - latest
Gina Miller’s lawyer Lord Pannick kicked off the hearing by attacking the English judges' initial ruling which ruled in favour of Prime Minister Boris Johnson. Cross bench peer Lord Pannick, who is representing Ms Miller, began his submission by stating the English court was wrong to throw out her legal challenge.
