In an interview with the Sunday Times yesterday Boris Johnson refused to rule out creating hundreds of new pro-Brexit peers to stop the Lords legislating to stop a no-deal Brexit. Norman Fowler, the Lord Speaker of the Lords, says “nothing could be worse”.
