David Cameron has reiterated his claim that Boris Johnson was wrong to prorogue Parliament, describe his use of the royal prerogative as a 'rather sharp practice'. Speaking in an interview with ITV, which airs this evening, the former prime minister said that Mr Johnson appeared to be 'trying to restrict the debate and I thought it was actually from his point of view probably counterproductive.
