Donald Trump promises Boris Johnson a huge boost for UK after Brexit
The US President spoke to Boris Johnson on the phone, after he became Prime Minister last week, it has been revealed. Mr Trump’s press secretary Stephanie Grisham said in a statement on Monday that the two countries will work on their union as soon as Britain departs from the bloc. She said: “President Donald J. Trump spoke with Prime Minister Boris Johnson last Friday in their first official communication since the Prime Minister took office.
