Massage therapist Charlee Baker is raising money for a men's mental health charity.

A woman will be giving massages for 24 hours in a charity challenge to raise money for a men's mental health charity.

Massage therapist Charlee Baker from Bristol said massages can have a positive impact on mental health."People come in to my salon at their lowest and I've been able to help them," said Ms Baker. "I knew I wanted to do a challenge. I'm quite popular for my massages, and I just thought - why not do it for 24 hours?," she added.Ms Baker said she wanted to support the charity because of her own experiences of mental health."Now that more people are talking about it I want to do my bit to help," she added.

Talk Club is a male mental health charity which offers group therapy sessions for men through talk and listen groups, and bonding through exercise such as walking, running or football. Launched in Bedminster in 2019, it encourages men to speak openly about their feelings and provides in-person and online support in many parts of the UK including Bristol, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire."I'm going to have breaks and fuel myself with good food," Ms Baker said.
