A holidaymaker visiting Spain thinks that people should 'get a life' instead of squabbling over sunbeds all day. She believes they should be heading out to see the sights instead
Sadly though, laying out in the sunshine and catching some rays isn't always as easy as it sounds. That's because there are sunbed bandits out there who are intent on reserving the best spot by the pool.
The clip was captured when Claire visited Benalmádena, Spain with her husband, John, 49, and their daughter, Freddie-Maie, eight. Shortly after they arrived, the family-of-three founds themselves caught in a battle to secure the best sunbeds around the pool. Users have flocked to the comments to share their reactions. “My idea of holiday hell,” said Joe. Someone else commented: “That’s why I don’t go to places like this.”
The mum claims the pool and sunbeds were closed with metal guards between 8pm and 10am – for “safety reasons”. But apparently, some sneaky guests would still get through and save their seats.
