Sydnie Christmas won this year's edition of Britain's Got Talent on Sunday night but ITV viewers were quick to bash her for her victory as they claimed to have spotted a hint she would win the series before the result.
Sydnie Christmas, the crowned champ of this year's Britain's Got Talent series, faced a tidal wave of viewer criticism following her win, as eagle-eyed fans attributed her success to an alleged tip-off.
Despite her sweet victory, online trolls did not take long to take to social media to brutally slam her big win which they claim was fixed, the Mirror reports. Fans speculated that a hint towards Sydnie's impending win lay in her performance slot during Sunday's show, which took place post-Jack Rhodes' act.
Another viewer wrote: "Could have guessed Sydnie Christmas was going to be on last". Someone else echoed: "I said that Sydnie would be last on before show started and would win. How many times has last act on won? " After delivering a moving performance of Tomorrow from Annie, Sydnie Christmas became the first contestant this year on Britain's Got Talent to receive a Golden Buzzer from judge Amanda Holden, securing her place in the live semi-finals.
