BGT's Amanda Holden says slimmed down Simon Cowell's waist is now the same size as hers
skinny new look - with 48-year-old Amanda comparing the music mogul's size to her own enviable figure.
Discussing when she first saw Simon after he'd shed the pounds, Amanda exclaimed: "I couldn't believe it, he basically has the same waist size as me!" David added: "I had lost a tiny bit of weight and then he's lost about five stone... But he won't say how he did it."Simon impressed fans earlier this month when he showed off his trimmer figureBut Amanda was quick to leap to her co-star's defence, insisting: "It's not a band, he's got the diet."
When questioned if it genuinely was a result of his change in lifestyle, Simon replied: "100%", with Amanda adding: "Skinny beer and being a vegan." Simon also vowed to team up with David to release a workout DVD for Christmas, with the former Little Britain star asking the father-of-one if he had any plans to do one.Simon teased that he would do a workout video with DavidCredit: Rex FeaturesAlesha and Amanda were on board with the concept, with Alesha remarking: "That would sell a LOT of copies."
