Most luxurious Rolls Royce ever built is ‘so quiet inside you’ll feel like you need to whisper’ – but costs £500,000
A LIMITED edition car worth £2 million has been unveiled to the British public - but it's impossible to purchase.
The motor, designed to mark 120 years of Rolls-Royce, takes inspiration from a Greek marble sculpture now kept in the Paris Louvre Gallery. The inside of the rear doors and seats have a total of 869,500 individual stitches on the almost-shiny twill fabric."By night the embroidery takes on a mesmerising, luminescent sparkle and appears to glow from within," the company said.
"Honouring both her essence and the ancient winged statue that inspired Claude Johnson, Managing Director of Rolls-Royce Limited, to write the original brief for a Rolls-Royce figurine in 1910."
