Projects supported by the Connections Through Culture Grants must include at least one UK-based applicant and one applicant based in the Philippines.Andrei Nikolai Pamintuan, British Council in the Philippines head of Arts, shares: 'Last year's projects engaged with diverse communities through multi-art form interventions, highlighting how artists respond to the world around them.
