A British holidaymaker has died in a suspected drowning after going for a dip in the sea at a Costa Blanca beach.
The tragedy happened around 3.30pm today at a beach just south of the town centre in the resort town of Guardamar del Segura a short drive from TorreviejaAn inquest was opened into the 52-year-old’s death in Winchester at the start of July.Well-placed sources said they believed the unnamed Brit at the centre of the latest tragedy could have suffered a health problem prior to his drowning.
