After it was announced that a new biopic about Britney Spears is in the works, fans have been sharing their thoughts on who should play the pop princess and they think they've got it sussed
The pop icon Britney Spears is set to be the star of her very own movie biopic and Universal Pictures is all in, having secured rights to Brit's life story as told by herself in The Woman in Me.
She added a little spice with: "He's always made my favourite movies... stay tuned," followed by a cheeky rose emoji and a camera emoji hinting at some big-screen magic on the horizon, reports the Daily Star. But diehards are standing their ground, coming back with: "She's one of the better actors Disney has put out, in my opinion. She's got the thousand-watt smile, the insane stage presence, the not-so innocent appeal. Plus she can sing damn well. Feels like no-brainer to me."
One user speculated: "So... It's gonna be Millie Bobby Brown isn't it? I remember that being floated as a hypo casting," while another echoed: "What about Millie Bobby Brown."
