The 41-year-old pop megastar got candid about the incident and the reasoning behind it in an excerpt from her highly-anticipated book The Woman In Me.
In 2007, Britney infamously shaved her head at a hair salon in Tarzana, a suburb of Los Angeles, one day after she left a rehab facility in Antigua. As a result, a year later she was put under a court-ordered conservatorship in 2008 which granted her father Jamie Spears and a lawyer total control over her financial and personal affairs.
