Brits celebrate St George’s Day with colourful costumes, pets dressed in flags and a good dollop of lockdown humour
TODAY is St George’s day - and the lockdown hasn’t stopped people from celebrating in style from the comfort of their own homes.
To show their support for England’s saint, Brits have been putting flags outside houses, dressing pets in red and white, and of course sharing funny memes online.England may be in lockdown, but that hasn't stopped people from going all out with their St George's Day celebrations at homeSome people have gone to town and dressed up for the occasion - either working from home draped in flags and wearing hats, or making their kids wear fancy dress outfits.
