The Browns have reportedly finalized a deal to bring Jameis Winston to Cleveland as a backup quarterback per Jordan Schultz of BleacherReport.Winston, a nine-year veteran, comes to the Browns after four seasons as a backup with the New Orleans Saints. Winston has also played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
