The Cleveland Browns have made a decision regarding giving Deshaun Watson some playing time in preseason.
The Cleveland Browns are hoping to pick up right where they left off in the 2023 season. Naturally, this issue was likely what led to Watson's subpar performance on the field.
Watson has become an expensive investment for the Browns, as he has only appeared in 12 games through the last two seasons. Following the blockbuster trade that led to the Browns sending three first-round picks and more to the Texans, Watson was involved in a scandal regarding sexual harassment allegations.The result of the investigation was the quarterback being suspended for the first 11 games of 2022. After serving the suspension, Watson was activated on Nov. 28, 2022.
