Ohio has landed four restaurants on the list including two in Northeast Ohio: Lola Jacaj is close to opening Oliva, an Italian steakhouse downtown. But it’s more than just a restaurant opening; she’s creating a bit of a culinary destination for several closely located places in Cleveland. Here’s what she has going on:
Swensons Drive-Ins has been around since 1934. The eatery has lasted decades by sticking close to an old business model that has not strayed from a nostalgic setting.
