Grammy-nominated K-pop boy band BTS released the song “Take Two” on June 9 to commemorate their 10th anniversary. ManilaBulletin BTS TakeTwo READ:
BTS debuted on June 13, 2013 and went on to become one of the most popular Korean artists in the world.According to Big Hit Music, BTS’ agency, “Take Two” is a track “that signifies the second path BTS will walk and at the same time expresses gratitude to the fans who have been with them in every moment" and with the “promise to continue walking together in the future."
BTS’ Suga produced “Take Two” while RM and J-Hope participated in composing and writing the lyrics. It was reported that the song was recorded before Jin enlisted in December. The members are focusing on their individual activities due to their military service. Jin and J-Hope are fulfilling their military service with the other members to follow. In an announcement last year, Big Hit Music said BTS members are aiming to reconvene as a whole group by 2025.
BTS will also celebrate their 10th anniversary through BTS Festa, which will showcase different events in South Korea.
