Hanteo Chart has released the list of the best selling albums in South Korea in 2022.
The ranking is based on its proprietary physical record index, which incorporates the total number of copies sold and the price of the album.BTS emerged as No. 1 on the best selling albums lists in 2022 with their “Proof” album garnering total sales of 3.05 million copies, equivalent to a physical record index of 7.37 million.
Seventeen’s “Face the Sun” placed third with 2.52 million copies sold in 2022 and an index of 2.61 million.
