Almost 200 workers at the Princes Food Factory in Cardiff are set to walk out
Bucks Fizz, the beloved Christmas classic enjoyed throughout the UK, might be scarce this festive season. The typically inexpensive celebratory drink might become a rarer sight as workers from an essential Bucks Fizz producing factory in Cardiff are gearing up for industrial action over pay disputes.
The planned strikes are scheduled to run from December 17 to December 24. Sharon Graham, Unite's general secretary, expressed her concern to the Daily Mail: " Newlat need to get back round the negotiating table before its customers discover they won't have any products on their shelves. Our members work in back-breaking roles on low pay and want a fair slice of the pie."
