A four-storey building in Glasgow collapsed while being demolished, crushing a van and prompting a closure of Hydepark Street. The incident occurred just before 3 pm on Wednesday, January 22. Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service are investigating the cause of the collapse.

A van is believed to have been crushed after parts of a building fell off while being demolished in Glasgow .

Video footage obtained by the Daily Record shows the structural framework of the building following the collapse. It is believed a van was crushed as a result of the incident.
