CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland police say one person was grazed and one person was arrested after a shooting at The Corner Alley in downtown Cleveland Tuesday afternoon.
According to a Cleveland Police report, the victim, an employee at the Corner Alley told them that he saw two men walking down the street arguing. Both men stopped in front of the establishment and continued their argument.
