Well done for highlighting the growing problem of active bullying in the NHS . This reflects no easing of command and control management, though a 2014 King’s Fund report found it unhelpful. But the number of cases is tiny . It’s bullying by the organisation’s bureaucracy that’s the pervasive problem, because it hinders balanced discussions.
