Another sick stunt 😡
A Burnley fan behind a 'white lives matter' banner flown over Manchester City's Etihad Stadium has had his England match ticket cancelled after being seen waving a controversial flag.
After the image was circulated on social media, he had his ticket for the game cancelled by the FA, reports the Daily Star. The 27-year-old was previously sacked after organising a plane ahead of Burnley's clash with Manchester City in June 2020. During the stunt, an aircraft was seen above the ground dragging a banner bearing the slogan 'white lives matter'.
He is believed to have links to Burnley hooligan firm The Suicide Squad, whose members it is claimed helped to crowdfund the 'White Lives Matter' banner and plane flight. It's understood Mr Hepple, who is also a member of the official England Supporters Travel Club, was identified after British police were notified about the flag incident.
