A NUMBER of homes in the north of the city are currently being affected by a burst water main.Engineers are currently working on the issue, which is yet to be resolved.
Customers who have discoloured water are being warned by Scottish Water to run the cold water kitchen tap until it runs clear.A Scottish Water spokesperson said:"There has been a burst on a three-inch water main in Castlebay Street, Glasgow. This has affected normal water supplies to about 20 properties in the area.
"A team of engineers is working to restore supplies as soon as possible. When supplies are restored, any customers whose water is discoloured should run the cold water kitchen tap until it runs clear. "We apologise for any inconvenience to affected customers and thank them for their patience and understanding."
