Multiple bus services in Nottingham city centre are experiencing delays due to ongoing roadworks at the junction of Maid Marian Way and Upper Parliament Street. Both Nottingham City Transport (NCT) and Trent Barton have warned passengers of extended wait times and missed stops.
A total of 27 bus services are currently experiencing delays as work to transform the junction of Maid Marian Way and Upper Parliament Street continues in Nottingham city centre. Bus operators Nottingham City Transport and Trent Barton have warned passengers of extended wait times and missed stops while roadworks take place.
"With temporary lights and lane closures in place, there will be delays and extended wait times throughout. As works progress, there will be a need to close some bus stops and divert services and separate updates will be issued as and when needed. Trent Barton said: "Due to the works in Nottingham City Centre, we have experienced delays during peak times, in order to lessen this, we will be using Talbot Street and serving this stop. Stops missed: Toll House Hill stop and Upper Parliament Street stop, these are only used for drop-off stops."
