Our client in the Banking Industry is looking for a BI BA / Analytics Engineer to lead the integration and development of data-driven solutions between AWS and Salesforce Job Summary:This role requires hands-on experience with feature store development, CRM systems, data cloud tools, and model building within Salesforce, combined with a strong command of Python, SQL, and AWS services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building features in AWS feature stores, ensuring seamless data integration with Salesforce, and developing segmentation models to enhance client experience and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Feature Store Development: Design, build, and maintain features in AWS feature stores to power data-driven models and solutions. Data Integration: Lead the integration of data between AWS and Salesforce, ensuring smooth and reliable data pipelines. Salesforce Expertise: Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, FSC and Data Cloud to build and maintain data solutions that align with marketing and client engagement strategies. Model Building: Develop and implement segmentation and other predictive models in Salesforce to optimize customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and client insights. Code Development: Write and maintain Python and SQL scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and integration processes across AWS and Salesforce. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, marketing, and CRM stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Data Management: Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all platforms, working within the organization’s data architecture and security frameworks. Automation: Implement and enhance automation processes for data workflows between AWS and Salesforce.Experience with AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, and SageMaker.Experience with Feature Stores: Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling feature stores, particularly within AWS environments.Preferred Qualifications:Data Analytics qualification or similarSoft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Business Intelligence Business Analyst / AnalyticsBusiness Intelligence Business Analyst / Analytics
