A man in a wheelchair has been dramatically rescued after falling on to the subway tracks in New York City moments before a train emerged.One commuter immediately jumped down from the platform and, with the help of other bystanders, was able to lift the man and his wheelchair to safety.One video of the incident, which was shared on Twitter, has been viewed more than one million times.But there has been some criticism of the people who chose to film the incident rather than help.
