A BREAKTHROUGH cancer vaccine could stop tumours from growing in patients with advanced disease, researchers say.Researchers described the results as “an important first step” in developing a new treatment for people with advanced cancers.similar to Covid-19 vaccines, which teaches the immune system to tell the difference healthy and cancerous cells, mobilising it to destroy them.
