Candace Owens has stated that there is a 'Christian holocaust' taking place around the world that is largely being ignored.The conservative commentator, who recently announced that she had converted to Catholicism, shared her thoughts on the way Christians are treated as she sat down for her recent appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored.
Speaking with Morgan, Owens said: 'You know what I'm asking for? Actual equality. Because it seems like this is like a special category, the 'special relationship' that we have . I'm a Christian first, OK? And so my concerns are going to be with what's happening to Christians all around the world because it is us: we are the number one most persecuted religion in the world.
