Johnny Depp's first big film since winning the high-profile US court case against Amber Heard - Jeanne Du Barry - will premiere at Cannes, and his daughter Lily-Rose Depp will be there too for her series The Idol, co-created by The Weeknd.

The animation will premiere out of competition and will close the festival on 27 May, before releasing in cinemas next month.Inspired by romantic movies including You've Got Mail and Amelie, expect it to bring a heart-warming close to the festival.
