Captain America: Brave New World is being directed by Julius Onah, who previously made 2015’s The Girl Is in Trouble, 2018’s The Cloverfield Paradox, and 2019’s Luce.movie stars Danny Ramirez as Joaquin Torres/Falcon, Carl Lumbly as Isaiah Bradley, Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns/Leader, Shira Haas as Ruth/Sabra, and Liv Tyler as Betty Ross.
Noting that it feels “ten times bigger” than 2021’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Mackie added, “This movie is a clear reset. It really reestablishes the idea of what this universe is and what this universe is going to be. I think with these movies, you’re getting a clear, new branding of what Marvel is headed towards the same way they did with Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
